Do I really pay $0 upfront?
Yes. You pay nothing to start. We scope the project, build the site, and ship a live preview to you. Once you are 100% satisfied with the delivery, you release payment and we hand over the source code, domain wiring, and hosting. If you are not satisfied, we keep iterating. Our risk, not yours.
How does lifetime free hosting work?
Every package includes hosting on a high-performance, global edge platform for the lifetime of the project. No monthly hosting bill. If you ever want to migrate to your own infrastructure, we hand over the source code and walk your team through the move at no cost.
What's included in the free technical support?
Bug fixes, content updates, broken-link patches, performance tuning, and small visual adjustments. Starter gets 1 month after launch. Growth and Pro get 3 months. After that you can extend with the monthly retainer or pay per change.
Why is this cheaper than other "premium" agencies?
Because we specialize. Generalist agencies have to amortize learning costs across every new vertical. We don't, every project sharpens our construction-specific systems. We pass that efficiency to you. We are not the cheapest option on Fiverr, and we shouldn't be: cheap websites lose you more revenue than they save.
Are there really no hidden costs?
The packages above are total cost. Hosting is free for life. Domain registration (around $12 per year for a .com or .dev) is the only ongoing cost outside our scope, and you control that account directly.
What if I need more pages later?
Adding pages to your existing build is straightforward, pricing depends on complexity (typical: $80 to $200 per page after launch). Or take the monthly retainer and add pages as part of ongoing work.
