A $2M-revenue residential GC in Austin had a six-year-old website that loaded in 4.8 seconds, ranked nowhere for "kitchen remodel Austin," and was generating about 4 form submissions per month. Most leads still came from referrals.

We rebuilt with conversion-mapped wireframes, a project portfolio system that filtered by scope and neighborhood, and a complete local-SEO program targeting Austin's ten highest-volume residential remodel queries. The new site launched on an 18-day timeline.

Northline operated four trucks in Cleveland and Cuyahoga County. They were getting roughly 30 calls a day, but losing nearly half of them - voicemail rollover after-hours, missed mid-job calls, no SMS option for anxious customers.

We built a Pro-tier site with an AI receptionist running on voice + SMS + web chat, qualifying lead intent (true emergency vs. scheduled service), and booking directly into their dispatcher's calendar. Spanish-language support for relevant zip codes.

A regional tool and material supplier with a 14,000-SKU catalog had been operating phone + fax orders for two decades. Their younger contractor customers were defecting to nationwide e-commerce competitors. They needed online - but online done right.

We built a Pro tier site with a custom e-commerce module: contractor accounts with three wholesale tiers, RFQ workflows for special orders, multi-address ship-to handling, net-30 credit terms, and QuickBooks ERP sync. Branded for trade, not for retail.

Apex serves three counties on Florida's Gulf Coast. Their business is concentrated around hurricane events, but their existing website had no system for spinning up storm-specific landing pages - they were paying for ads that pointed to a generic homepage during the worst possible moment.
