Once you engage us for a build, the binding terms move into a separate, signed Statement of Work. The SOW carries the exact scope, package fee, walk-away terms, intellectual-property assignment, and warranties.
You may exit any engagement at any phase with everything we have made (strategy brief, designs, code) at no charge. This is binding once countersigned in your SOW.
Upon launch, you receive a clean Git repository containing every line of code we produced for your project. The repository, copy, and creative are yours; we retain no usage rights.
Lifetime hosting is included for as long as Pixel Architecture operates. If we ever cease operations, we will provide 60 days' notice and a deployment package so you can move without downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us under the SOW. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes beyond what is written in the SOW.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a revised date.
