We collect only what we need to reply to you and run our site: your name, email, and the information you put in our contact form or send us by email. We use Vercel Analytics in privacy-mode (no cookies, no IPs stored).
To reply to your inquiry, send you the strategy brief, deliver project work if you become a client, and bill you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
We use no marketing cookies. The site sets only a session cookie for the chat widget if you open it. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing functionality.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@pixelarchitecture.dev. We respond within 14 days.
We keep contact-form submissions for 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Client project data is retained for 7 years per US business-record norms.
All traffic is HTTPS only. Operational data is hosted with SOC-2-compliant providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe). Report a vulnerability to security@pixelarchitecture.dev.
